Call Labels

Often employees can be responsible for more than one function within an organization, such as sales and billing.  With the caller announcement feature, your employees will see on their phones’ display screens the department or option the caller has selected, before they answer the call.  For example, if a caller dials your main number and then selects the Sales department, your staff would see on their phone displays information similar to the following: SALES: 212-555-1212 This allows staff to answer with appropriate greeting to the caller such as “Thank you for calling the Sales department, this is Steve, how may I help you?”
