This feature lets you see the name and number of the person who is calling you before you answer. Similarly, this feature allows others to view your caller ID when you make outgoing calls. You can set this feature to display your company’s name and phone number to third parties. Using our web interface, you can easily manage your caller ID at any time. With Easy Office Phone’s service, your company can have multiple caller ID values, and you can set at the extension level which value should be displayed. Here is an example. John and Susan work for Acme Inc. Acme is a parent company and has many divisions under its umbrella. John works for Acme’s Food division, and Susan works for Acme’s Transportation division. Using our interface, you can easily set up your account so that John’s outbound calls show “ACME FOODS” to his customers, and Sharon’s calls show “ACME TRANSPO.” This information can also be blocked if you do not wish it to be shown when you make a call. Caller ID cannot be guaranteed in all areas or all situations.
