Company Phone Directory - Teliance Communications

This feature allows you to setup a company-wide phone directory which lists the names and numbers of commonly called vendors, clients, or staff. To use this feature, select ‘Administration’ and then ‘Phone Directory’ from the web portal menu. From the next screen, you can quickly and easily enter 250 names and their associated phone numbers. Better still, with this feature all employees will have access to the same directory, which can save a great deal of manual entry time. If staff wish to use their own personal directories instead, they can still do so by setting up the directory on their individual phones. One of the advantages of our company phone directory feature is that the information is stored “in the cloud,” on our servers. This method is superior to storing a directory on your local phone – if your local phone settings are ever inadvertently erased, you can rest assured that we have stored a copy of your directory information, and you will not need to start over.
