Conference calling is used to connect different people together so that you can hold team meetings, training programs or demonstrations with several people at once from your phone. While in a conference call, each person is able to speak to the group and vice versa.Initiating a conference call is quick and easy. Simply pick up your phone, dial your first party, and wait to connect to them. Once you are speaking, press your VoIP phone’s Conference button which will place your first party on hold and open a new line. Now dial your second party, and wait to connect to them. Now press the Conference button one last time to bring yourself and the two other parties into a single call. Our Polycom phones natively support up to three parties on a conference call.
