The message waiting indicator is a light which flashes on your business phone whenever you have a voicemail waiting for you. You will also hear a broken dial tone when using the telephone which lets you know that you have a message waiting. You can check voicemail in a variety of ways including via e-mail, a web browser, on your VoIP phone or by calling your main phone number from an outside telephone line.Through our web interface, you can also choose to “subscribe” to multiple voicemail boxes. This feature provides you with notifications whenever a caller leaves a message in any of the boxes to which you subscribe, which is very convenient for staff responsible for checking multiple mailboxes (e.g. a General mailbox, a Sales mailbox, and their own personal mailbox as well).
