From time to time, as a free (and fun) bonus to customers, Teliance enjoys offering seasonal or themed hold music channels. For example, we recently gave clients the option to play pleasant, holiday music. When we add these hold music options, we will announce them via the “News” section of our web interface. Setting up your account to use the track is easy. Just log into our web interface, Music on Hold, and choose your desired Default Music on Hold from the drop-down list.
