Do Not Disturb (DND) mode routes any calls to your extension to voicemail. This is a useful feature if you are busy meeting with a customer or co-worker and do not want to be interrupted.
Please note that if you have multiple phones registered to your extension, and you only enable DND on one of the phones, the others will still ring.
